There's no wrong or right size snowboard for you. The size of your snowboard is really up to every individual person. An over-all guideline is the snowboard height should reach between chin and nose when standing on end.
Depending on terrain and weather conditions, you might choose to ride longer and wider snowboards.
If you're an all-mountain snowboarder, choosing a longer snowboard is probably the best option. we would recommend not selecting a board that stands taller than your nose. Longer snowboards often perform better in deep powder, too. Longer boards can provide you with with additional control when speeding down a mountain, and they will get you going pretty quick too.
Should you choose to stay on groomed hills and in the park, a shorter snowboard will give you more mobility for pulling off huge tricks and controlling your rail slides.
